Clara Burns
A campaigner for women’s welfare and advancement, social reformer and temperance advocate. Mother of financier, Liberal MP and major fraudster, Jabez Balfour (buried in same tomb, but unrecorded). Her husband worked in the Ways and Means Office in the House of Commons. (See Jabez Balfour)
